We are a private limited company established in 1979.

Registered number 644085.

We work throughout West Yorkshire.

We are a family company run by three directors -

Jan, Simon and Nick Barraclough.

Nick and Simon manage our projects and are “hands on” site workers when necessary.

Jan runs the office.

Operations

In addition to our own staff, we operate with a tried and trusted network of qualified sub contractors in all aspects of building from ground works to roofers and from roads to gardens.

Many of these have been with us for years.

We have accounts with national and local builders’ merchants.

Planning & Technical

When necessary, we use experienced industry professionals including architects, structural engineers, mechanical and electrical service specialists and, surveyors.

We are used to dealing with building inspectors and planners.

We can help with your planning application - we work with good architects.

Flexible with clients

With clients we are approachable and flexible. We can do this because we are not large and we are all in constant communication with each other.
