We have completed many such projects from the simple, like a garage or single storey room, to the complex, involving serious structural alterations which on occasion, have doubled the size of a property or premises.

We build new homes to sell

We are speculative house builders on our own land. Barraclough houses have a good quality specification for bathrooms, kitchens, fireplaces, electrical services, landscaping and decoration. Some recent properties have under floor heating. We can also work to client specifications if preferred.

We build bespoke homes for private clients

We have built several substantial high specification bespoke detached houses for private clients on their own land across the region.

We are currently building a 4 bedroom bespoke

“eco” house in Upper Batley to our client’s design.

For all these project types we are very flexible as to commercial arrangements.

For a Barraclough house purchase or for a bespoke house built on client land, we are prepared to consider part exchange.

For Property Developments, we are prepared to consider outright purchase of the site to be developed or some sort of joint development with profit sharing or simply to do the work on a price.

We are also flexible as to work content. We can run the whole project or do only those parts you require - for example, groundwork, foundations, shell and roof.
